POMEGRANATE HONEY REDUCTION

We highly recommend this on homemade waffles! Pancakes, shortbread cookies, and cheesecake aren't bad ideas either. Made with POM wonderful pomegranate juice and local honey from Fisheye Farms.

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 Cup POM wonderful pomegranate juice
1/2 Cup Honey

PREPARATION:
Combine and whisk together in a small sauce pan. Heat up on medium and once it comes to a boil turn it down to a low simmer and let it reduce for about 5-8 minutes. It should be thicker and a syrup like consistency. If you want it thicker, reduce for a few minutes longer. Let it cool before storing it into a squeeze bottle.

Pro Tip: You can test the consistency by dropping a little bit into cold water to see how it sets. If it's how you want it, take it off the heat immediately.
